It all depends how you want to speak, write and read english. A very good suggestion is that you should to speak your friends in english be it grammatical correct or wrong . Learn to correct your mistakes by assessing yourself. Read Newspapers and Magazines and take daily three words and write sentences with the exact meaning it will improve you a lot.
Public Speaking is an art it can be practiced by looking at the mirror of your face. It removes the fear thinking that you are speaking to a mass audience and your fear is removed from there. This is how public speaking is improved.
