It all depends how you want to speak, write and read english. A very good suggestion is that you should to speak your friends in english be it grammatical correct or wrong . Learn to correct your mistakes by assessing yourself. Read Newspapers and Magazines and take daily three words and write sentences with the exact meaning it will improve you a lot.
Public Speaking is an art it can be practiced by looking at the mirror of your face. It removes the fear thinking that you are speaking to a mass audience and your fear is removed from there. This is how public speaking is improved.
Personality Development is nothing but the behaviour of us in front the public. How do we greet people, listen to them and understand them in a better way always.

It might not be so good for you unless Biotech had never been you cup of tea and if you never liked studying it. Both subjects are good and have lot of scope in future. You need to first spell out the common parameters on which you wanted to compare both for final selection. Before you take a decision remember that Biotech is going to stay in the future because most of the new scientific inventions & formulations now have to be based on Biotechnology. The synthetic source for manufacturing will slowly finish because the natural resources are depleting and the pollution enamating from synthetic manufacturing is reaching huge proportions. So keep you interest in Biotech and think of becomming a scientist.

All the three courses that you have mentioned above are of PG level and to pursue either of the three you would require a bachelor degree course in a similar field i.e. IT from a recognized University. But still you can look for options where you can apply for PGDCA / MCA through correspondence as M.Sc in IT is rarely offered through the correspondence mode.

As for the easy quotient is concerned, both the courses are highly technical but the durations would vary. Difficulty level will depend on how well you are able to pursue either of the two courses but as for the value of the course goes, I would suggest you to opt for the MCA course as this is a degree and will help you in future prospects and growth.

To go with your education qualification, you should definitely opt for the MCA program as the same offers good job opportunities in the IT field. There is a lot of career scope after pursuing MCA in the filed of IT from software development to hardware and networking to testing, you can look forward to a bright career growth.
MBA on the other hand is very different from the MCA, as the former is highly non-technical and is based on the Management sector entirely. MBA is definitely one of the best courses that one can opt for but with the aim to make a career in Management only.
