The choice of a program would largely depend on your own interests and career aspirations. MBA is a program which has value only if it is done in a regular full time mode through a well recognized University. Especially the people who are fresher the correspondence program would not hold any value.
Coming to SAP program it is one of the most flourishing program in India now a days as the technology field is booming. SAP qualified Consultants are really in demand and are highly paid as well. However, you have to keep in mind that they are quite high priced program. The SAP training would cost you somewhere from 1-2 lakhs whereas its certification exam would cost you somewhere 25000 per exam.
I would say you should take a decision keeping all the pros & cons of both the programs. However, both the programs done from a right kind of Institute would give a bright future.

It s not clear whether your sister has completed her graduation yet or not also it is important to know as to what king of course she plans to pursue ahead pertaining to her interests and career aim.

Chances of getting a scholarship depends totally on your entire application.
The factors that are involved in you getting a scholarship are:
1) Scholarship Essay: Plays a very important role in a student getting a scholarship. This essay is the medium through which you convey to the university why they should grant you a scholarship.
2) You 12th score, SAT score and TOEFL score: If you are looking for 80-90% scholarship or financial aid, you need to score atleast 90% and above in class 12th, atleast 2200+ in SAT and atleast 105+ in TOEFL. Only then do you stand a chance of getting 80-90% scholarship.
3) Need and Merit: Usually scholarships are awarded on the basis of merit(factors that i have mentioned above) but there are many universities that offer a need based scholarship to international students. Basically a need based scholarship is the type of scholarship granted to a student who has a family financial crisis and is in no position no fund his education. For getting this kind of scholarship, you again need strong academic credentials.

As there are thousands of Management Institutes in India which are providing degrees by different names, it would be really difficult to comment on GDBA or compare it with other degree programs. As far as the validity of the program is concerned it would be totally on the discretion of the Institute to which you apply that whether they consider it equivalent to the graduation degree or not.
However, if you are planning to do MBA from NIM itself then, you can definitely go ahead.

First of all remember, that which ever course you choose to be successful in that course you have to choose the program which is according to your own interests and career aspirations. Secondly, which ever degree you target your salary package would depend on your own caliber, how you perform on the program & how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job placement, your growth will also depend on how you perform in the organization you get placed.
However, if you are looking for career in fashion technology then B.Ftech would be a better option as it would be a more specialized degree specific to your field.
