Yes you may surely get a job as a market researcher provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria for the same.
As you have already done MBA and MPhil in marketing, so I would suggest you to look for a job as entry level in market research as you do not have relevant work experience in this field and once you get a job you should work for 1-3 years and then you may opt for further studies as it will further enhance your career prospects.
