Hi Deepanjan,
I have answered you last question. By this question i am getting you state of mind that you want both management skill as well as technical skill.
Yes you are right on the fact that MBA after B.Tech are preferable because management is always considered as a level - 2 achievement which means a technical guy can do his job as a part of the team but individually and can manage itself to solve problem. then his next stop is to manage people in the team so he need a management skills i.e. MBA, but this skill is secondary for him.
Now lets go for reverse scenario i.e. a management people doing his job as managing resource of all

I am Amanda, assistant to the VP for Enrollment Management at Albion College. I want you to know that Albion is very committed to building a global campus community and welcoming international candidates with open arms, but in doing so, requires a high level of English competence (as demonstrated on the TOEFL, IELTS and/or SAT or ACT exams), as well as, financial support. With scholarship resources being extremely limited and competitive, families must contribute a minimum of $25,000 USD per year to fund an Albion education. If you feel you meet these minimum requirements, please send us your application for admission. If you have any

Its not exactly the matter. The qualification mentioned are only for the requirement they are hiring. they either want either a technical guy or a management guy so they do not give much preference who has both.
BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA are specialized course and are different from each other and are separate track. pursuing Management after Technical is preferable but vice-verse is not preferable.
Since you are continuing BBA i will suggest you to go for MBA. It also has a good market.

No, there is no relationship of any course for banking except your course comes under their eligibility criteria.
Yes, I will be a good decision since this sector is not dependent on your course. you just have to give IBPS/Exam for individual banks and get good score, thats it.
You also can then pursue MBA for getting promotions or switching to other banks.
