I have answered you last question. By this question i am getting you state of mind that you want both management skill as well as technical skill.
Yes you are right on the fact that MBA after B.Tech are preferable because management is always considered as a level - 2 achievement which means a technical guy can do his job as a part of the team but individually and can manage itself to solve problem. then his next stop is to manage people in the team so he need a management skills i.e. MBA, but this skill is secondary for him.
Now lets go for reverse scenario i.e. a management people doing his job as managing resource of all kind and when he does a technical work by getting MCA.
now i ask you can you manage to do programs, developing s/w and other technical job as technical job can never be secondary.
For you i suggest you to study hard and go for MBA(good college), get good marks and enjoy managing resources.

Eligibility:
-Students must have completed a three/five years LLB Degree from a recognized institute/university
-Students must have obtained a minimum of at least 50% marks or equivalent grade. (45% for SC/ST Candidates).
-Candidates who have appeared for the final year examination can also apply
So you need to appear for 3 year LLB program as you are a graduate. For the same you need to write Common Law Admission Test.
To be eligible to appear in CLAT-2013, a candidate should have obtained a Senior Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognized Board with not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC and ST candidates) and should be below 20 years of age as on 1st July 2013 (22 years in case of SC and ST candidates).

*CS with LLB is an apt choice. I have seen LLB with CS people going high places in corp. law firms and corporate but work hard and try to crack all CS papers within say 2 years of passing LLB.
