Hello Aspirant!
If you want to do a course after completing your degree then you should go for Computer Language professional Course i.e .net, php, Java
It will help you a lot for future prospectus. Otherwise, doing M.tech in same arena will be the last option for you but better to go for Job and do computer language professional course first to get more opportunities and to increase your skill too!

Generally, migration is possible in the first year and that too within the university from one college to another. It would be advisable to contact the officials of both the colleges for updated migrating norms as procedure differs from one college to another.
