Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Diploma [(any stream) 3 years after 10th ] OR [2 years/ 1 year after 10+2] or equivalent.

Hi,
As per your query it seems that you are interested in pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program.
So regarding this please remember you may surely get admission in top B-school provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria for the same.
Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
Since you have 61% in B.Tech so you are eligible for admission in full time MBA or PGDM.
But along with academic record you also need to have high scores in CAT, XAT etc to get admission
