Hi, the degree is not equivalent because PGDBA its a Post Grduate Diploma Programme and in MBA its is Master In Business Administration degree.
So when name is different so syllabus and their value is also be different.
But in company they accept this courses, because its equivalent to MBA and desgined like a regular course.

Yes, when you are giving the exams, you are asked to provide a list of 4 universities where you can report your score for free. When you give the names, it takes approx. 3 weeks for the scores to reach then. In addition, if you want to report to more universities, you will have to buy reporting per university and it takes another 3 weeks for the additional university to receive your score. For example: if you report your score today to xyz university, the score will reach xyz university maximum by 15th November.

There are several programs which you can opt after doing your B.Com such as CA, CS, CWA CFA or MBA, MFA, M.Com. Now depending on your interest and career aspirations you can go for any of the above mentioned programs. Well both the Universities offer MCA and in fact pursuing any course through distance mode lessen the career opportunities and the value of the program.
You can opt for either, however ICFAI is more known for the MBA / CFA programs, hence you may consider PTU as an option.
