For MBA there is no specialization as industrial taxation. However you can buld up your base by doing MBA Finance and then specialize further by doing some short courses on Taxation and specially Industrial taxation

You need to have a good command over English as this would be pretty important in your performance. The interview and examinations pertaining to civil services can be given in Vernacular languages also, but English is one of the most important aspect same as knowledge and self confidence

Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET) is a AP State Level Common Entrance Test for admission into Regular PG Courses in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Pharmacy and Planning.
Getting a good college with a rank of 4515 may be quite difficult in the CSE branch but then you can you should attend the counseling and as per that your shortlisting can be done based on the cut offs expected by the institutions and providing any specific details would be difficult in this.

There are many institutes under PGECET and you stand a very bright chance to get a good institute to pursue your CS engineering. for this I would suggest you to attend the PGECET counseling where the entire shortlisting process shall be carried out and will be able to bring in a better picture of the college expectations and according to which you may then apply to those colleges.

Hi Arpita, you can joined any university for the distance education because in that they rquired your entrance examination. On the basis of your last qualification they alllow to take admission in MBA. So there is no problem for getting admission in MBA.
As you mentioned you complete MA with English so i suggest you go for the HR specilization, if your english communication skill is good.
Because in HR job most of the part its depend upon the communication skill, if you are good in that so you can make career into that. But if you want to go any particular specilization so you can go with that, because finallly you want to make career in
