Don't think as of now what kind of job you will get. Jobs are never too impressive with a bachelors degree only. Pursue the course which you have interest in. Since you had computer commerce, the best possible course for you would be a bachelors in computer engineering. You would have to take 2 exams for this: SAT and TOEFL. Like i have mentioned above. Choose the subjects that interests you, not the subject which would fetch you a good job because just incase you do get a good job but are not interested in the field you are working, you would be extremely dis satisfied with your career.

for that u should be graduate and there would be two exams pre and mains after getting selected you willl have to appear the interview also . the shedule and vacancies are not till decleared you must be above 21 and below for i as and below 35 for pcs

Since you are interested in Civil services, i would like to say that their are two stages that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam in order to prepare for Civil Services the minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the age group is 21-30yrs. For your preparation i would suggest you to first join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material to start your preparation.
