In order to pursue MBA from Australia, you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus, and
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.

American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Although it is not necessary to have some background in a particular stream, yet this will depend on the course you plan to take up and also from the institute you are going to pursue.
As far I would know about it, there are mostly certified courses and as such there is no such eligibility criteria required other than your interest and inclination.
