Both the courses you have done are from very different fields, i would advice you that first you think that in which field you want to achieve academic progress and go for a higher degree.
if you want to advance in your arts field then you can pursue your MA. (Masters of Arts) and if you are willing to advance in computer field then i advice you go for a bachelors degree for better prospects For e.g. Diploma in Computer Application , Bachelor in Computer Application.

In order to get admission in MS course, you need to have;
Good academic background throughout, preferably 60% plus in Graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.

In order to pursue MS in US you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GRE score of 11100-1200 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Universities in US have 2 admission intakes i.e. Fall (August) and Spring (January) Intake. So first of all you need to decide in which intake you want admission, and then accordingly start your application process at least 6-7 months in advance, it is always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL at least a year in advance of your planned admission intake. An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average living expenses are about US$ 10,000 per-year.
