While going for JEE, it doesn't matter which classes you choose to study from, what matters is that your concepts are clear. In JEE, what you need is speed, accuracy and knowledge as these are the only factors that might help yo in getting a seat at IIT. I, personally will recommend you to not go for any such classes as they charge high fees by promising that they will make you an IITian. Instead, you should go for a personal mentor who had cleared JEE Mains and Advanced and follow his guidance. With this strategy, the best place will be the place you wish to study at. Think carefully whether you still want to go for such classes or

BBA in IB has more scope than in aviation. With BBA in aviation, you will get a job in aviation industry only and experience of this field will not count anywhere else or in any other industry whereas BBA in IB will give you opportunities in various industries and it will be counted as an experience in different industries. Also, career growth and salary packages are more in international business as compared to aviation.

As you are a BBM graduate, I would suggest, you go for MBA.
MCA is a very tough one for the Non-IT/computer graduates. One should have a keen interest in programming and other software related activities. You have a good base of education in management, so you better opt for MBA.
MCA is a 3-year course.
MBA is a 2 years course.

You can apply abroad, but there is no lateral entry. You have to apply for Bachelor's degree. If you want admission through lateral entry, then you must write to the colleges. They will evaluate your profile, subjects, credit points, etc. and will decide.
