Predicting cut offs for any exams would be too difficult. One can only give assumptions based on previous data. But, cut-off is dependent on difficulty level of the paper and the quality of the aspirants.For CLAT, if your target is top 3 NLUs, a score of 140+ is sufficient(depending on difficulty), and is achievable by proper planning, regular studies and practice.
Cutoffs for CLAT2016 was (approx) :

There is no particular degree in robotics. It will be like learning grammar.
Depending upon which area you are interested in, there are different methods. For example, if you are interested in AI and the networking of robots, then you should start with computer science or electronics engineering. If you are interested in mechanics and actuation of robots, then graduating in mechanical engineering will help. For medical applications, MEMS and NEMS are a nice domain.
