Hi,
It is one of the best universities in Canada. Since you want to pursue a finance course, you can either opt for the Masters in Finance program at this university of MBA with specialization in Finance. In both cases, you would have to take the GMAT and target a score above 620 atleast to get admission without any fail. You will also be required to score a minimum score of 6.5 in IELTS. why not.you can join the MBA in any stream.if your financial position is good then join the regular MBA from good institutions i.e LPU,IIM. IIPM ets.For getting the admission in good institution then clear the entrance test like CAT,XAT etc.if ur fin. position is not very good then join the distance MBA from LPU also.

As you are bachelor degree holder in engineering, you can opt for M.E as the most obvious option provided you are keen to continue is the field of engineering, else you in Management, there are many other specializations other than Finance and Sales Marketing. One can opt for Operations Management, IT, International Business, Logistics etc as your field of specialization, all that matters is your area of interest based on which you can apply accordingly.

Apart from your post graduation u must do any International Certifications according to the industry demand related with ur line of expertise only. If u r very good in programming then choose Certification in development like JAVA, PHP, .Net if not good in programming then choose System Administration or Network Administration or Security Administration line which is highly in demand now a days cos entire industry is now a days running on Network Technology. RHCE, CCNA, RHCSS RHCVA, JCP, OCP MCSE, MCITP etc. are some good International Certification which is widely accepted in industry.

You are right at your confusion.Now a days there are so many institutes in market that it is really tough to select the best.This is also parallely true that clinical research field is an upcoming area in India.
To enter in the field a basic diploma course is sufficient.Either you do a MSc course or a diploma course the entry level will remain same(CRC or CRA).I will suggest you to choose the institute not consuming much time and money.
