Hi,
MBA requires work experience. There is only 1 college in Canada that offers a MBA course without any work experience i.e. Carleton University. You need to take the GMAT and IELTS and score above 550/6.5 to qualify for admission at this university.

Hi Neeraj,
As you have 5 Years of work experience and an MBA too (although you have not mentioned whether you have taken retail as a specialisation or not) you can opt for a certification in Retail like RSCC or can opt for a SAP program which will definitely give a boost to your career as SAP is one of the booming profession now a days.
As far as going abroad is concerned for this you need to have a job in hand. HI,Sap course are very different from another course's or degree.SAP stands for System Analysis and Products this is an ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) software which is used in almost all goods manufacturing/producing companies.IT companies are very like as infos,TCS etc. like a sap programmer. Now for a good JAVA Programmer i recommend u to clear a SCJP exam (Sun Cerified Java Programmer) which is held by Sun Microsystems and internationally recognized. Since JAVA is a platform independent it will also have a boost in the near future .
Best of Luck !
