You can asked for your institutes from where you complete your this course for your training, because they must have good placement assistance, so they can help you for minimum training period.
Or else you can search from your side also, but i suggest you try first into your institute and try somewhere else.

And if you have working experience into sales so you can continue your education into that field also. But ass you mentioned you want to switch your into operation so there is no need to take any further education, because you already have working experience, on that basis you can try anywhere.
In sales field also you are a part of the operation sector, but if you are looking for good industry so you can switch your job.
ICFAI University is good, but they charging higher fees, if you want in less fees so you can try
