Well definitely MBA in operations is a good choice, but operations companies prefer people with some amount of prior work-experience, though it is not mandatory.
Coming to second point, I would like to tell you that marketing and sales are different. Marketing involves research and analysis whereas sales involves direct or online selling.

Hi,
UK and US, are the best study destination to pursue MBA, most of the universities in US and UK, require minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation for admission in their MBA program, how ever there are some good universities in UK, which offers MBA to freshers, some of these universities are:
Bangor University.
University of Aberdeen.
Cardiff University.
In order to pursue MBA from US and UK you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

1. MCA - This will be aligned to your previous academics and hence beneficial. Best colleges offering the same are IIT-BHU, NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, BIT Mesra, VIT etc

Well for your information the interested candidates are required to have successfully completed B.A or B. Sc degree in Psychology with at least 55% or 50% (for SC, ST candidates) marks in aggregate.
