UK and US, are the best study destination to pursue MBA, most of the universities in US and UK, require minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation for admission in their MBA program, how ever there are some good universities in UK, which offers MBA to freshers, some of these universities are:
Bangor University.
University of Aberdeen.
Cardiff University.
In order to pursue MBA from US and UK you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in UK and US have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) intake.
Average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year and average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year.
the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

Well for your information the interested candidates are required to have successfully completed B.A or B. Sc degree in Psychology with at least 55% or 50% (for SC, ST candidates) marks in aggregate. The candidates with a special paper in Clinical psychology at the Graduate level are rendered preferences. The alternative eligibility criterion calls for practical experience of the students in offering counseling services at the diversified institutes all over India.
As clear from your query, it seems you do not hold any education in the subject. So if at all you are strongly inclined towards this career, you can start from the scratch as in pursue bachelors and then go ahead further.

Dear Jagadeesh, unfortunately there are no short term course which can be done by a B.Tech graduate for officer's post in Merchant Navy. I will still give some details and idea.There are four government owned merchant navy training institutes in India. Hi Mithun, The engineering entrance exams are considered significant, especially in India, because most of the students in the country aim for engineering studies, immediately after their +2.
The government of India has established three entrance exam schemes, such as, AIEEE, JEE and SLEEE. The AIEEE and the JEE are conducted as a national level entrance exams for engineering admissions and the SLEEE is conducted as the state level entrance exams.
As for medical entrances, the common examinations are conducted by CBSE along with the State Medical Council Board and the individual universities/colleges for admission to MBBS courses in medical colleges all over the country.
AIIMS Entrance Exam, AIPMT, All India Common Entrance Exam, Vinayaka Mission University, DUMET - Delhi University Medical/ Dental Entrance test, SRM Institute of Science and Technology Medical Entrance Exam are some of the major MBBS entrance tests conducted by the universities. There are number of recognized colleges all over India which admit students based on the entrance exam.

In order to pursue Phd, from US, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor
The general eligibility criteria for PHD students are as follows :(though it may vary from university to university)
In majority of the institutes, Master's Degree is an essential pre-requisite for a Ph.D. while others admit graduates too.
It is important that you have good scores in common entrance tests such as GRE and English Language examinations like TOEFL.
Internships or other work experience will add to your qualifications
Ph.D. course work essentially includes research and documentation work. This requires large amounts of money. In addition to this, you have to consider living expenses for the entire duration of the course. The annual expenses of most Ph.D. students are about $28,000-$40,000 per year
