As you your are pursuing undergraduate course in electrical engineering, it would be always advisable to pursue MS in electrical engineering and related fields as it will add on to the knowledge of what all you have learned during graduation.
Since you are pursuing undergraduate course in electrical engineering it will not be possible for you to pursue MS in auto mobile engineering.
To pursue MS in auto mobile engineering you need to have undergraduate degree in auto mobile engineering or mechanical engineering.

Hi padma the eligibility for different courses is different. For example if you are interested in Industry Synergised MBA or Global MBA in media and entertainment the criteria is Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. And if you are interested in Industry Synergised (BBA+MBA) the criteria is 10+2/ 10 +3 (Diploma).

IAS exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), every year in three stages Prelim, Mains & Interview.
