Hi Poojitha,
IFBI is a NIIT venture and is a good college. Looking at the reviews their PGDBO course is much better then PGDB+ and job options are there after PGDBO.
The Hyderabad branch is the best out of all.

Also note, PGDM is equivalent to MBA, MBA is offered by Bschools which are under universities, SPJIMR, IIMs, XLRI and all other Bschools offer PGDM or PGP which are equivalent to MBA and by no means they are less than MBA

Colleges like FMS or TISS provides MBA cause they are under an university. Colleges like SPJIMR, IIMs, XLRI do not provide degree, they provide diplomas. Also note, SPJIMR do not have a HR specialization, it is known for all four specializtions: Marketing, Finance, Operations and Information Management
