As you are aware I am sure, TU Stuttgart is one of the most competitive university. As such an excellent academic record would be required. Further, if you seek scholarship you must have atleast 2 years professional experience.
To be on a safe side you should take the GRE even though it is not required. You must also submit TOEFL or IELTS scores as well. Knowledge of German language would really help isn't it? Not only will it enhance your profile, post study job prospects will be brighter too. Some project work, workshop or internship in your desired area of study is recommended to demonstrate your interest and expertise.
