Hello Wilfred,
The admission into Madras Institute of Technology campus (Anna University) is based on your board exam marks, specifically your marks in PCM out of 200.
You need to enroll for a single window counseling called TNEA through which you would be allotted colleges based on the caste reservation.

A very generic and open-ended query Mohammed Ashraf. Study abroad itself is a very wide term. There are so many countries with so many universities, each having different requirements and processes. You have to meet admission requirements, qualify accordingly give entrance tests etc. Entrance exams can be IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GMAT, etc. and this will depend on what and where you want to study. If you want to study Bachelor's degree you must clear your 12th, similarly, if you want to study Master's degree you must complete your Bachelor's degree. Academically also, you must be strong.

You should have a minimum of 60% marks in your class 10th and class 12th, as a minimum requirement. To be sure to get Aeronautical, a score of more than 110 would be preferable in MUOET. JEE marks are not considered for the admissions in Manipal University.
