After graduation, you can do either PG Diploma or MS. With your percentile, Canada looks tough, but you can try the colleges. Your IELTS is considerably low, please retake. Since your percentage is not very high you should see that your IELTS score, SOP, LORs etc. are good enough. To study in USA, you must take the GRE. A very good GRE score can help you obtain admission. Good Luck.

But, according to it's name that suggests, it basically focuses on Science and technical-based subjects, namely natural Science, health sciences, mathematics, chemistry, biology as well as modern physics, applied mathematics and environmental Science.
