As long as you are able to clear all the pending backlogs before the commencement of the MBA programme, you can take admission in that particular college. The colleges generally state a specific deadline before which one needs to submit all the necessary documents like mark sheets, work-experience letter, etc.

It is valid to do MBA in HR via distance. Please ensure that the university is been accredited by UGC and Distance Education Bureau or else the degree you hold will be invalid. No, you can't use English words while writing the exam in Hindi. While submitting your exam form, you have to choose which language you want to opt. In the exams, have to write in that language only which you have opted while filling your exam form.
