The institute providing Ph.D. English in Delhi NCR is The NorthCap University. Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate seeking admission to the Ph.D. Programme under School of Engineering and Technology (SOET) of NCU must have obtained:
1- M.A. (English) degree with min. 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent
2- M.Sc. / M.A. (Maths) degree with min. 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent, with NET/GATE/JRF qualified or M.Sc. / M.A. (Maths) with min. 67.5% marks in aggregate or equivalent. Selection of the Research Fellows shall be done from amongst scholars who have qualified for admission, by the Fellowships Selection Committee. In case of candidates from partnering institutions/industries, applications may be considered by the VC/BDR throughout the year, subject to the scrutiny for eligibility upon request by partnering institute. Panjab University has a multi-step admission process which students need to follow to get into the university. Starting with the application, students are required to go through the course-specific entrance exam followed by other selection rounds (if applicable). After the selection rounds are over, course-wise merit lists are released on the official website (with the names of the shortlisted students) of the university post which interested candidates can submit the fee and confirm their admission. Additionally, Admission to all the UG and PG programmes is based on merit and entrance exam. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria on the official website of Panjab University, before filling out the admission form. The university conducts multiple entrance exams such as PU MET PUCET, PGLAW, PUMEET, PU UGLAW PU M.Phil and Ph.D. Entrance Test, among others, for admission to its UG, PG and doctoral-level courses.

If I have made any mistake (s) while registering for CMAT 2018, can I make changes later to rectify? You may select existing user login on CMAT website to make changes to your personal details, such as address, educational information or exam city preferences. For security reasons, editing of candidates full name, date of birth, email id, mobile no, state and country will not be allowed. However, if you have genuinely made a mistake in entering your Date of Birth, State, etc., you will have to show evidence of the correct data at the time of examination/interview/admission else your candidature will be nullified.
Note: The ability to edit application profile will be available only until you have not submitted the application form. Once you have submitted and made the exam fee payment, you will not be allowed to make any more changes. You may only view and print thereafter. If you have made a mistake in filling out details for those fields which will affect selection process such as the percentage of marks, category, gender, work experience, etc., then you are advised to re-register with a new email ID. Your CMAT 2018 application will be considered for the latest registration and Admit Card issued for the same.
Note: You will not receive a refund or admit card for your earlier registration. Failure to re-register in such circumstances may lead to nullification of your candidature.
