B.A. College degree marksheet contains marks of all the three years and in the final year an average is taken of all three years together. So your B.A. Percentage is an average percentage after adding them all up (all 3 years) and taking the percentage.

Although, since your reasons appear to be genuine then in such cases they may consider it to be a special case and allow for the refund on humanitarian grounds.
