There is nothing tough in that. You can still apply to your old company only or may be some similar companies for a better profile. By doing this you'll be involved in your old field and MBA will give you some managerial post too so that both will be utilized.

Don't opt for any distance programs for PG. If you prefer to do masters NID as well as IIT, IDC offers good programs. However, you will be required to prepare well to clear its entrance. Programs offered by top notch indian institutes in Animation are surely at par with International Standards. However if you prefer to study abroad, you could find good options at high investments.
Choice is yours. Eventually its a skill based industry and only difference is your own expertise !
