Hi,
Minimum IELTS score required to study in Canada: 6.5 band score with a minimum score of 6 in each section.
If you are targeting top universities, you would also need to take the GRE and score above 1400 atleast. GRE is also a mandatory requirement by almost all universities if you want to pursue masters in Canada.

Look for suitable vaccancies in the Employment Newspaper (Rojgar samachanr), which is a weekly paper. There would be competitive exams for this; look out for those also and give the exams. Make yourself physically fit to be in Police service. You need to enter into Police service and then apply for C.I.D. Physical tests are important here. If you can get education in Forensic Science then it would help you in achieving the target. Learning Law would also be helful to get into C.I.D.
