Dear to be frank I don't think that the Institute BITS-Pilani itself needs any description. U will get to know the value of the brand once u passed out from here & join the corporate world. Secondly with regards to Placements, see there are two doors/junctions to showcase your talent & grab the opportunity :
1. Through on-campus during 3rd Sem
2. Through PS during 4th Sem
Placement record is almost 100% after combining both the above mentioned opportunities. When I use the word 'almost' I mean to make a concern towards those 1 or 2 students in the batch who are in exception category due to their track record during MBA or their wish to pursue Higher studies.
Average and Median hovers around 9 L.

SCOPE OF PGDM:when look out for corporate world pgdm is better than mba because pgdm is updated and industrious course than mba ,mba course is update in 5 to 10 years depend upon unversities.

Jayesh, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is registered with STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) - all good IT companies are registered with STPI. If a company spends money to market themselves to customers, only then they are able to get LIVE PROJECTS. Also, if you are an average programmer, and if you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design or even vfx/ animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain.
