Hi Vishal,
As you have not given the exams of your 2nd Year and your have got one compartment in first year too, in order to appear for 3rd Year you need to first clear your 1st and 2nd year exams otherwise you won't be able to get your degree.
You can also take all the exams together, for that you can cross check with your college Admin or the University.
