CMAT exam is left as they have extended their dates till 25th December. MAT February is a good option. I think, you can prepare well for both the exams and also do not forget to fill up the forms of colleges, which accepts the scores of the above mentioned exam.

It completely depends on the university and the student's profile when it comes to scholarship decisions. You must work very hard on your academics for any financial aid.
