CMAT exam is left as they have extended their dates till 25th December. MAT February is a good option. I think, you can prepare well for both the exams and also do not forget to fill up the forms of colleges, which accepts the scores of the above mentioned exam.

MIT is very competitive. If you are applying for Bachelor's degree then you must take the SAT and SAT subject test. You must score very well in your 12th. Excellent extracurricular activities, research work, projects etc. must be demonstrated. Scholarships are limited, every applicant is considered for scholarship. It completely depends on the university and the student's profile when it comes to scholarship decisions. You must work very hard on your academics for any financial aid.

JEE Mains provides you a wide scope for admission not only in IITs or NITs, but some of the top private institutions and some of the colleges among the state takes admission through JEE Mains. So, it will be better if you appear for JEE Mains. If you score well, then you may get the chance to appear for JEE Advanced and if you can't crack advance, then you may take admission in NITs.
