C.Nandhini, First there is a need to identify the purpose for MBA parttime along with M.Sc Physics, ideally they are not allowed simultaneously by some universities. I would rather suggest you to go with either M.Sc or MBA the only reason is that these are master courses and takes a lot of preparation and taking the job prospects - this will employers more confused. You may ultimately landup getting nothing. Well you can also make your advance careers in physics by entering Astrophysics.

You can opt for PhD in Computer Science
The eligibility criteria for PhD varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a Masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
The cut off percentage may vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require at least two Research Publications for the PhD programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
