Definitely these two have much better scope in coming time. Fees depends on the course modules. In SAP-ABAP or Oracle DBA their are many modules. ABAP and DBA domains itself are very deep. We cant read or learn whole. In certification courses we read some of its part. So as such fees cant be judged but as a engineer i feel it may be more than 30k.
I'll suggest to visit any nearby institute which offers these courses.
