As per search, I have not found any approved Institute in Delhi. Although, you do not want to leave your family then you may opt for Haryana in College of Veterinary Science, Hisar or College of Veterinary Science, Mathura (Uttar Pradesh). Both are Government Institutes and within reach of your limit. Check out once.

u stand a really good chance, and pgdm is a two year full time post graduate diploma course equivalent to mba whereas mms is a three year full time masters degree course. thats about it . you will encounter similar subjects and companies for placements. the choice between the two totally depends on the candidate.
