Both colleges are good. KJ Somaiya is slight better than Welingkar but Welingkar is also worth. You need to be good with your communication skills.

With 89 percentile you have high chances of clearing the cut off pgdm in marketing. The total fees including hostel would be around 7 lakhs for two years and around 6 excluding hostel.

Yes, it is strict. You have to attend lectures on time, 100%attendance, formal attire etc. Its bit irritating, but that's how work life is. So it kind of prepares you for it. It was very strict but with the new dean in place this year, things are looking brighter with fun being added to the strictness. Placements are good with avg package of 7-8 CTC. trimester method does increase the load, with lots to study for the final terms but again you will get used to it.

NMAT is not accepted as an entrance test for IIM Shillong, it is through CAT only.

For physics, try to complete HCV both parts and IRODOV. Also, you need to get some material from good coaching centers as they have the level that you need to prepare for JEE. For math, do complete RD Sharma class 11th and 12th and then differential calculus by Amit Agrawal, integral calculus by Amit Agarwal.

Interview is not at all required or any kind of exam is not required.
