Yes, you can get direct admission in H.K. College of Pharmacy for B. Pharm, however, these seats are awarded at the sole discretion of the authorities at the institute. Admission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in MHT CET for the 80% of the total seats.
Remaining seats will be under management quota on the basis of 10+2 marks.

If you have no chance to do regular B.Tech/Diploma then only pursue AMIE.
In some states like Tamil Nadu, direct entry to Diploma 2nd year is possible for +2 (PCM) students.
For AMIE, you need 45% in your +2 (PCM). You need to study 6 additional subjects in Sec. A like engineering maths, engineering physics, engineering chemistry, compared with Diploma students.
You are only able to give 4 exams for each attempt.
AMIE Sec.a - 10 subjects (for +2PCM), Sec.B - 9 subjects (common for both +2 (PCM) & Diploma)
Permission to Sec.B. is given, after completion of Sec.A.
50% aggregate is also need in each of sections.

Great interacting with you. First of all, I have to tell you that both the colleges you have mentioned are not very famous colleges and the M. B.A. Programme there is pretty decent and nothing more than that, Even then if I have to choose one among the two I will go for IFIM because of the oblivious factors like it's better recognized among the two, better faculty, better infrastructure, and the placements are also pretty decent there. There are no good colleges in Haryana for LLB. It is recommended to either go to Delhi colleges or Noida. You will have to fill up a form and appear for different entrance exams. Refer to the link below for colleges:

Unless you clear your class 12 exams, you will not be permitted to appear for the MANET MET entrance exam. Results for class 12 exams will be declared in May 2018 and the application window for the MANET MET closes on May 26th 2018, and you may have a brief period where you can apply for these exams without having to drop a year.
MANET MET 2018 Eligibility Criteria requires its applicants to have cleared their class 12 exams, as the qualification for this exam requires a 60% aggregate in PCM and candidate should have scored a minimum of 50% marks in English either in Class 10th or class 12th. Regards.

One of the pre-requisites to appear for the UPSEE exams is that the candidate should have cleared their HSC examinations. If you have scored zero marks in maths in HSC, you may have to re-appear for the paper, and only when you have cleared Maths in HSC will you be able to appear for the UPSEE exams. Regards.

The eligibility criteria for distance MBA is 50% in graduation and you can get in a university which offers distance education not in college. All you want to do is submit the UG degree mark sheet and choose the specialization in MBA which you want and classes will be on weekends.
