hi prudhvi,welcome t0 https://shiksha.com and ur asking about value for ur post in company right?in past days and even in present also most of the companies are conducting campus drives for jobs and most o the students are selected in that one so what they do next in that company can u imagine? let meexplain no one is perfect for doing job there every one has to train there for specified post then after u are eligible for doing projects in any company so at first ur job will start with training then after ti goes on but all this process is based on your performence they may quit u at any time with out saying any proper reasons .i hope
