Yes, you may apply for admissions to NZ; the choice of institutes will be limited but you may apply to Waiariki Instititute of Technology, a Govt. owned ITP or a PTE like Cornell Institute of Business & Technology. But please understand IELTS is only 1 aspect of admissions; the other & more important criteria is your academic qualifications. Moreover admissions are visa are 2 different matters altogether so it is better if you consult IAA licensed consultant for professional, ethical counselling. You should not select course/institute as per your IELTS score; this may result in visa refusal.

If you have math at +2 and bM as general paper then you can write MCA. But if you do not have math as your elective at +2 then i'm afraid you are not eligible.

Hi,
If you are keen to pursue a career in HR Management, for this your may take up a MBA/ PGDM in HR as the specialization, but then in most of the institute you might not be eligible as the basic requirement is to be a graduate degree holder from a recognized University, where as you possess a degree.
You may try for executive MBA but there too the work experience and graduate degree are required by most of the institutes. However, you may go through the following link:
