To be frank with you a foreign language can benefit you only when you go to its country and work there. If not then knowing English would be sufficient. As a Chemical Engineer you might have to go to some other state in India & deal with local staff in the factories / Govt Offices and therefore it would be better to learn the language of that state than going for foreign lanugage right away unless you specifically want to go to that country. However, if you insist then perhaps learning French should be your 1st option followed by German and then Chineese and then Spanish.

Hi Nandini,
If you are looking for a full time MBA programme you definitely can apply to any of the decent B-Schools provided you meet the eligibility criteria. To sit for various MBA Entrance Examinations you need to have graduation degree with 50% and above aggregate marks from a Recognized University. Apart from this you have to clear GD & PI of various Institutes. So, if you fit the bill go ahead.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
Thanks,
Pooja
