Hi Sunil,
To become a lecturer/professor in Universities or colleges you need to sit for NET or SET Examination for which you need to have a Masters degree in the field in which you want to become lecturer so, in case you want to become a lecturer in Environmental Science or in any Science related field you need to have a degree in the similar field.

Hi Anand, if you want to do it at Bachelors level then you can go ahead. Have you finalised any University or college? You can apply for admission with these documents Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letter of Recommendation(2), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6 min for UG courses ). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
There are not exactly hotel management courses but you can go for Hospitality Management and the ones offering are MDIS, James Cook University, Nanyang Technological University. Kindly match your profile before you apply.

I would like to add here that it would be better to invest more and get into an authorized Sap center rather than going for a local Institute as this will not only help you in getting better job opportunities but you will also get the assistance from the center to get good projects.
