1)
To take admission in MBBS :
** You need to pass 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 60% .
** You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
** There are number of recognized colleges all over India which admit students based on the entrance exam such as AIIMS Entrance Exam, AIPMT, AFMC, DUMET etc.

Some of the medical colleges are :
AIIMS
JIPMER, Puducherry
Kasturba Medical College, Manipal
Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi
Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi
Grant Medical College, Mumbai
St. John’s Medical College, Ban

Yes you can give UPSC exam for IAS/IPS after completing your graduations. It does not matter if your a student of Arts/ Humanities. Your subjects must be the approved list of subjects from where choice is to be made for the UPSC exam.
