Salary depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience etc. But, to give you a brief view :
- Aeronautical engineers employed in government sectors are paid according to the official scales whereas in private sectors are paid according to the scales decided by the management of the company.
- Engineering graduates with management degrees can get their initial income between Rs.10, 000 to Rs. 40,000 every month.

as i m from b'lore i can say u that if u write comedk then u'll have to pay 1.3L per year but if u don't write then in addition to this fee u will also be asked to give donation(depending on ur branch and college) so i think its better to go for the test and lastly it depends on ur score that whether u'll get a college better then from delhi or not. so all the best!!!

It would be tough to state an institute as the best as every institute has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to check the chief point that is recognition. You also need to check whether the institute has it's own publication house and connoisseur faculty.
Along with this, you may check other factors such as batch size, syllabus, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting an institute as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

No, Physical Education is not included in the best four for admission into any program since it is a vocational subject and can be considered only if you are willing to pursue graduation in the same.
The best four will include one language (Hindi or English) and three academic subjects relevant to the course applied for.
