I hope by Diploma you meant the three year diploma program that one pursues after 10th. Overseas education for UG course is very much possible. Based on your diploma scores every university will evaluate your eligibility for 1st year entry into UG program. Some universities may even offer lateral entry into 2nd year of UG studies. You need to additionally clear the english tests and SAT (in case of US and some other top universities) in order to apply to these universities. Hope this helps.

Ofcourse you can pursue MBA but then first you need to identify the utility of this degree on your career path. I understand that you need this for a better career. I would suggest taking Marketing as your specialisation.
All you need to do is prepare for entrance examination like CAT XAT MAT CMAT and start preparing for the same.

It is an illegal institution and is mentioned under RED INK ink under UNAPPROVED INSTITUTES IN AICTE Govt. of India Official Website. The audacity of this institute which is still running is unbelievable. AICTE will take strict action against them If they don't close down or apply for approval soon. Shame on such deceivers.

some of our Indian universities offer B.Tech or M.Tech, on the basis of our previous degree. you can try there. But for a good scope, it is better to do the courses in IITs through entrance exams.
I hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
