You can pursue Ph.D after completing M.Sc and it is the normal route. You don't have to pursue M.Tech to pursue Ph.D, unless you want to do it.

Hyderabad is better in comparison of Nagpur, where good colleges like IMT and many more colleges are available on bases of Infrastructure, faculty, placements, etc. So, keep it up and explore yourself.

GRE is also accepted by business schools abroad and is not limited to GMAT. So, you can apply with GRE. But, with this score I don't think good universities will be found.

After BBA you are having a number of options such as MA M.Com M.Sc. Economics, M.Sc (Hotel Management), M.Sc (Design-Interior & Furniture), MA (Journalism & Mass Communication), etc. You can choose any of the above depending upon your interest. However, it is recommended that you go for MA. It is a 2 years degree. There is a huge scope for the student who are doing the higher studies. And, as you are telling that you have done the BBA course. You have done the Bachelor of Business Administration course and now if you go for Masters in Business Administration. Both these options have pros and cons. MBA will make you a generalist but perhaps will take you top position. MS on the contrary will make you Excel technically. I feel with your non-technical experience, you should go for MBA only.
