True that computer science is a vast field but as you will study further in computer field you will start identifying those subjects in which you have interest,
Mainly it is about programming , Everything you learn in computer science have only one central intention of teaching you programming and developing logical skill in you because they will teach you basics in bachelor degree and you can choose any field for your masters or specialization.
As per you question Doing Btech CS will be best for you from my point of view, it will give you a degree equivalent to MCA in just 4 years and after Btech you will become smart enough to choose your interested field for specialization in Mtech if you decide to study further or you can choose any other specialization degree.

To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for entrance exam.
