No, it is really typical to get admission with such a rank in VITEEE.
However, to get admission in your desired branch, the cut-off rank will vary considerably (for example, for CS it is under 8000).

There are multiple reasons for this belief. One of them is that foreign universities (not all) are more developed in terms of curriculum and reputation. Yes of course ABBS is a really good option for perusing BBA reason being ABBS is having experienced faculty for business study. ABBS also offered post graduation programme for business study MBA and PGDM. So after your graduation you can opt for PG course from ABBS itself.

Yes. You can apply for admissions into the VIT Vellore campus with a rank of 10822 in VITEEE. Candidates with a rank between 1 and 1,00,000 will be eligible for admissions into the VIT Vellore/Chennai/Bhopal/Andhra Pradesh campuses. However, candidates with a rank above 1,00,000 will not be eligible for Vellore and Chennai campuses. These candidates can apply for admissions into the Bhopal and Andhra Pradesh campuses.
