The role of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on MBA programs is rapidly evolving as a result of the economic difficulties over the past five years.
With the present scenario, corporate have their CSR wing and Departments exclusively dedicated for doing community development and CSR activities.
In companies CSR is running under HR or Sustainability Department. They recruit professionals, and this qualification enhances your employability and at the same time positions you differently among your friend.
Having PG in CSR opens up the possibilities in the areas e.g. Marketing, Communications, Public Affairs, Investor Relations, Operations and Human Resources.

See distance learning is not a crime. It is like graduation but in distance. Just make sure you don't have gaps. Because if you are an distance learner then you might have issues during d interview.maximum 6 months gap can be settled. More then that you might have some issue. Be presentive during your interview, behave smartly. Don't panic. If the HR sees your smartness and your way of thinking and decision making sense is good then you will get selected. Just make sure that you do some extra curricular subject according to your management. For xample if you have done MBA in HR then I would suggest you to do SAS, BSIM(GNIIT), Oracle, Sql server, Xcel, adv. excel. If you have done MBA in IT then do CCNA, Java, Oracle, CCNP, or Hardware networking. This will put some extra weight in your CV. Best f luck.
