I hope you are doing well. If you qualified and cleared the cut-off of JEE Mains in your category, then you should not take the drop because this will waste your time and you will suppose to start from scratch. Try to go for counselling and apply for government college, if you will not able to get the government college then go for some good private college but I suggest you not to drop until and unless you lose an opportunity by few marks to get an IIT.

IIHM eHCAT result in the first phase will be sent to the candidates immediately after the entrance test. Within 24 hours of eHCAT, the candidates will know their scores in the exam. The score card will be sent to each candidate via his or her registered email ID. The score card will tell the candidate the total marks obtained in the entrance. However, the marks obtained in the score card are not considered the final result. The final result is based on the online test scores as well as the scores obtained in the group discussion and interview.
