Hi, Yes, you can apply, but without knowing your profile, it is hard to say which countries you can apply. The admission requirements are different, some countries like US and Canada requires a four year Bachelor's degree, while some require high academic grades etc.

The basic eligibility criterion needed to be fulfilled for admission to the course is a Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification in the science stream from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 50% at both levels.
But having biology or not will differ from college to college.

In Pune, only 3-4 colleges are good and DY Patil is not among them. I'd suggest you not to go for Pune colleges if you're going for CS. There are better colleges in Mumbai than Pune and placement rates are also great. If you want to go for CS prefer VIT then RGIT and then RAIT.

Many companies come in college like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Bajaj Capital euc. In infosys 97 selected in a year 2016 and around 93 selected in 2017. It provide average package of 3 Lacs per annum. Byju's provide 10 Lacs per annum package to 3 student, The training and placements department conduct various tech and non tech training. It is an average college with an average college of placement. Infrastructure is also good.
