Yes, you are eligible for MPSC exam after completing degree from a recognised University. Because for apply MPSC exam the minimum Education qualification is Graduation degree in any stream from a recognised University. MPSC stand for Maharashtra Public Service Commission.
Eligibility criteria:
Candidate should be an Indian citizen. Candidate must have completed your graduation in any field from a recognised university. Age should be between 21 years to 30 years for General category candidates. Age relaxation for OBC category candidates 3 years.
And SC/ST category candidates 5 years.

For doing engineering in any branch including aeronautical engineering, one needs to clear the CET of the concerned state for admission in colleges in the state or JEE Mains for CFTI's or JEE Advanced for IITs or CET of deemed to be universities.
