Obviously, you can but the main question is it a right decision or not? Follow some step to analyse.
If you want change your course only due to homesickness then I don't think this one as a good decision because up to how much time you will this problem of homesickness after few years you have to go out to pursue your dream.
If you are doing it for degree only then you can go for it but you have to decide your field in which you want to go.
If you are getting some problem in hostel like loneliness, food, etc. then discuss with your parents about it.

Hello Himanshu,
There will be separate special round for JEE Counselling in AKTU Counselling but by this you can only apply for private college. Government AKTU colleges don't take JEE score & admission process is only via UPSEE but private institutions filled a few seats through JEE. So stay tuned by regularly visiting AKTU official website.
