If you can wait for special counselling from IPu that happened later in the month of September, you can't get in MAIT also (even batch).
As of now, you can get in Surajmal, still, I will advice to go through the last year cut-off for a clear knowledge.
All the best.

Dear, You can either think for higher study, I. e. Graduation or search for job with your Diploma background based on priority in terms of your need and interest. If you like to pursue further study you may think for Lateral Entry in 2nd year of B.Tech in CSE else for searching job, register in job portals as well as try for PSU and Other Government job as per your eligibility through competitive exam. Best wishes.

The eligibility should be graduate with degree (BCA/B.Sc (Hons.)/B.Sc/BIT) as per 10+2+3 pattern from a recognised university to apply for NIMCET. Since you are doing B.Com., you are not eligible for the same.
